Tristan and Isolde (pronounced Izold) is a Romeo-Juliet affair set in pre-unification
Britain. It paints a picture of a marauding Irish King who constantly harasses the English in his bid to take over their land. He has a beautiful daughter Isolde (Sophia Myles) who has a counterpart Tristan (James Franco); a young man adopted by the to-be king of the British Isles Marke (Rufus Sewell). The Irish have got it right, believe me. Not only do they know how to run businesses properly, they are very upto date about new business laws and are willing to take risks where others are not. FYI it is small Irish petrol firms that are really making it big in Iraq these days too.
